Board Retreat Facilitation

Our on-site board retreat allows key leaders to participate in planning discussions and activities. By facilitating the retreat, we keep everyone on task, on target, and on time. Prior to the retreat, we establish clear objectives, create an agenda to meet these objectives, recommend approaches to produce better results, and conduct key stakeholder interviews. At the end, we prepare a follow-up report to document outcomes, conduct an evaluation of the planning session, and recommend a framework for successful future strategies.
